Scottsdale Unified School District (SUSD) has been collaborating with Scottsdale Healthcare to offer after-school H1N1 clinics for our students. SUSD has planned the after-school H1N1 clinics for the week of November 9. All SUSD students (ages 4-18) are eligible to participate in these clinics. Parent(s) and/or guardian(s) MUST accompany their child(ren) to the clinic. Please bring the consent form (below) with you to the clinic.

Parent can now access their child's AIMS scores in ATI-Galileo.  The login name is the student's ID #, and the password is the student's birthdate.  The birth date should be formatted into eight characters; two for month, two for day and four for the year. i.e. 10021993.  (No slashes or dashes).

Once you have logged in, click on "Click to show all formative and external tests" and you will be able to view student AIMS scores from Spring 2009.
